Last weekend I was hit with the urge to re-draw my first-ever fursona, Aoi.

I originally came up with her when I was like 12. I did not know what a fennic fox was so I called her a "big-eared fox". I missed a wiki and thought Aoi meant green in Japanese and I had no way to pronounce it so my whole life I have spelled it out as A, O and I like an acronym... for nothing.

I have been going through a lot of identity shifts the last year or so and I think little Ai can sort of symbolise that for me so here we are.. 2024 Aoi..

Now just a "lil guy" picking up they and them for pronouns to add to the occasional she her and just some serious goblin energy.
