Continuing to flesh out my scifi setting, though you wouldn't know it from her fashion. Safiya has been a Scrapper for a long time. A subculture existing in bowels of the Colonies for a long time, they're most often characterized by their clothing assembled from scrapes of cloth that has fallen apart. There's not much room for self expression when 99% of all resources go towards a war preventing your own extermination, but people still desire to express themselves.
