I'm uploading some of my old artwork currently. This piece is from 2022.

As I posted before, I was running a D&D session focused on one of the player's characters. A demon prince of winds cursed his family for trying to fly as they were cursed not to do so as kenku. Fizz's older brother, Buzz, was a swarmkeeper ranger who hoped to use the insects he raised to fly him around. He was cursed to become an insectoid demon as seen here.

I really love this design. I was taking from my knowledge from properties like Bloodborne and Dark Souls which often depict the cursed transformations of characters with some bits of what they once were showing through. Using the bird beak as mandibles by shifting the head to the side and depicting one of the eyes in the spot one would normally be was a great touch. I also had the whole thing be three segmented, which I think helps the silhouette a lot.
