Here is a very, very, very belated followup post to my previous progress collage from March & April. Where's May you May ask... Well, that's when I started working on my musical instrument series, which you can view here, and follow the navigation in the description.

One good thing about creating this collage so long after the fact is it gave me the chance to reflect on where these two months last year sat progress wise in my first year of drawing. The instrument series helped give me more confidence to play around with style and different brushes, and made me feel like I could finally tackle making fan art for my friends without making a fool of myself. In the coming weeks I'm going to make a concerted effort towards catching up on posting all of my own art and my commissions from the last year or so, culminating in the 30 art fight attacks + defenses from last month. It becomes so daunting when I fall behind, so I'd like to start posting to FA basically as soon as stuff comes in, which will be much more sustainable. Wish me luck!
