Splinter has became a big balloon again, but this time in the sewers! Maybe it had something to do with the pizzas, since it's unusual for him to get blimped up like this inside rather than the outside world.
Yeah, I couldn't think much of a clever description for this one, but anyways here's Splinter inflated using his SNES Turtles in Time sprites, specifically the ones used for the VS Mode. And honestly, they worked really well for this! I even gave Splinter some puffy cheeks in this one. I couldn't animate this one due to the blimped Splinter sprite taking all of the canvas' size height, though there's still some room for the width at least.
