Uh oh! Splinter has became a big balloon in the big city, and is now floating helplessly! This is probably one of Shredder's less evil plans, unless Splinter ends up popping. Though hopefully, the Ninja Turtles will be able to save him... if it's possible.
Considering I'm a fan of the original TMNT Arcade Games, as well as the SNES version of TMNT Turtles in Time, it would make sense for me to do a request related to Splinter inflated using his sprites from the Arcade version of TMNT Turtles in Time. I also thought about doing the turtles inflated too maybe, but that could take a bunch of time, so I'm glad I just done Splinter since he's pretty easy to do pixel inflation of. Plus, I've seen some inflation of Splinter before, though not much of it.
