Easier would be to decorate with little bits of it, or mix in some juice with the cream. But having a pure watermelon cake would be so awesome~

It can be done but is pretty hard, mostly because 90% of a watermelon itself is just water.
Is easier to make a cold cake with fruits on them... and watermelons being in these fruits. Or pie.

Yum now I'm hungry.
