Have a couple of questions:
What's page 92? Is that like page 92 of the games patch notes? If so why did vezzy say "zheres a game now" wouldn't it already be a game if there are 92 pages of patch notes? Originally I thought page 92 was the name of the console but the "p" isnt capitalised so I'm not sure.
Also I don't understand your explanation of why Ser Jeremy knew she was trapped. He explained that NPC yinglets don't appear in the area but doesn't that just mean she could be another player not necessarily "trapped" in the game like him?

Page 92 is a direct reference to where Jeremy got in Out Of Placers before he was gamified. It's to roughly pace put where things would be. The comic assumes you have read out of placers.
So it's just a reference to the page number.
And veezy saying there is a game now. Is more for another reason than anything else. It's because there isn't an official OOPs game now. So it kind of hints that in this timeline at least there is one.
Ad for this last question of yours. I actually cannot answer that. All I will say is there is a reason he reacted the way he did. And more will be revealed soon
