ToS adopts

1) do not erase the nickname near the character of my authorship, if it exists there.

2) do not give the character of my authorship to russian, ppl who support russia and from BL https://t.me/pidvals/12. Do not sell the character for rubles in any way

3) not to create new rules to adopt, no removing anything from them; all rules are passed along the chain.

For violations of rules 1, 2 and 3 I have the right to reclaim the property of the adopt without refund. For violation of the 3rd rule, you will be banned.

4) Payment is made within 24 hours after purchase approval. If the payment has not been made, I restart the sale. — If this situation happens 3 times, you'll be banned.

5) Reservations (res.) for the adopt are allowed and will be discussed. The res can be valid for up to 2 weeks, then the extension of the res will be paid (+ UAH 50 for week of waiting). Or the buyer does not pay the res and I restart the adoption. — If you did not repay and refused 3 times, you'll be banned

6) After successful payment, I send you a character without watermarks, with a transparent background and without text (if it has any).

7) I can change some small details in the adoption for free. But if the change is not big, it will be paid.

8) after receiving the character, you have the right to use it for your own purposes and change its design yourself. Responsibility for the character is transferred to you.
