Sometimes, people see different things. In my case, I'm a writer so I rather take a step backwards trying to see more. In this image is the pitch black circle in the center - that area of nothingness meditation seeks to find. The creature's face is muddled, I think because during meditation this person feels to be the creature, and in the guise of that creature, seeks to find the essence of nothingness, which is within the creature.
