Meine gefesselten Lieblingsdrachen 23: Seadragon King
This scetch existed unfinished for allmost half a year. Today I thought I might as well finish it with ink to have something to post.
I stumbled over this dragon while looking up images on google for some characters of the game Black Myth Wukong. This appears to be a Netflix movie about Sun Wukongs backstory, before he joined the party on their journey to the west.

Legs almost comically small in proportion, though as a sea dragon he wouldn't be a creature of the land, though graceful and sinuous swimming beneath the waves. Now he's bereft of his dignity and squirming literally like a fish out of water, quite in contrast to his image of majesty presented by his elaborate robes and hat, and his long full mane, beard and whiskers. Though given his deeds he would be a king deserving of some humility and to reflect upon his choices.
