Anyway, echos have rounded, triangular teeth like toony shark teeth. Tongues are reptile-like, split, and can be quite long. Tongues have distinctive stripe patterns on them.
Their teeth, tongues, and inner maws can be any color. Their mouths can be unsettling at first but echos are pretty friendly creatures.
