One of the most important duties for the Queen of Clearwater is to hear the pleas of the people of the city to help address civic issues. Most of Sill's time is spent here in the palace throne room doing just that. While conflict arbitration and deeper political issues she inherited from the city's history are sometimes hard for her to deal with, Sill gets great satisfaction out of helping people.
