Here we have an Image of Dylan and it appears he is on Vacation.
So…behold; his Board Shorts! The International sign for “I am not a useful member of society!”.
For those who may not know, this is actually reference to the Series; “Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”, in which Donatello (played by Josh Brener, who also voices Dylan), presents these very shorts.

So, here we have Dylan showing his Shorts to Dolly.
