Aw, she's such a pretty 'ness! I love all the little details on things like her scales and her spines, love her tail, and her face/snout is really pretty!
Also, I think her figure screams 'maternal'! Like, she looks so soft and chubby and I think that'd be excellent for keeping little dragonets warm. Whether they're outside of her, or still waiting to be born!

Believe it or not, there's actually some logic to creatures that live in the cold feeling cold. And that logic is that their bodies are meant to jealously hoard heat, so they tend not to radiate it.
And things that don't radiate heat tend to feel cold.
Mind you, that's just my definitely not expert opinion based on my knowledge of thermodynamics and biology!
