Now these guys inspired by characters "Max and Kenzie" by And Damian and Toby by to make my own pred and prey duo! With Otto being an old OC I did YEARS ago and give him a new coat of paint. As well as Moie as I always wanted to have a shark character. With his last name "Nelekona" meaning "Nelson" in Hawaiian. A reference to John Schieser Nelson, Author of "Fishes of the world" and work on sharks. And thanks, CCM3 for pointing it out X3

So without further ado, let me show you the tale of the "Shark and the Otter". As I love to write guys like these !

Personality:

A chill and friendly Otter Ice-cream vendor on the beaches. Loving to be a hustler while selling frozen treats and even selling world/international candies that few stores carry as his primary job. All for being a hard-core capitalist and a go-getter in loving to see all mighty dollar. Yet has morals and refuses to make deals if it will get his clients into trouble. But when profits are low, stress, envy and greed can take the upper hand. Up to the point of being a self-absorbed tightwad if things don't go his way. However, he can get pretty remorseful for his actions if things go wrong. And will do anything rework his mistakes. Showing he can have caring nature and actually like's having Moie around for his protective and moral compass. Plus, he can make up for his cynical nature without being forced too by his shark bf. Otto is not a saint, but far from a bad guy. Rather a patience and very caring otter with Moie without being intimated by his mass. Mostly because of his strong, yet soft looking size and bod. Especially with the great white's big belly that he plays and clings on like a soft stress ball that Moie won't mind. Heck, the shark finds this pretty cute that he thinks so ! While on off hours, Otto loves to go swimming in the beaches with him. And finding comfort and peace with Moie when the tiger great white sings and plays his Uke being a great stress reliever. With Moie cheering him on in a soothing voice.

Personality:

An overbearing but with loving intentions for Otto. While seeing he can be a good person even with the Dollar signs in his eyes. Due to his sweet looks and charm. Being protective from other preds who try to make a snack out of his "noodle boi". And even very supportive of Otto's endeavors but can enforce moral standards if Otto goes too far with his selling. Even if Moie can be an obnoxious jock but WILL step over people's boundaries if he feels like something is up. And if Otto's business plans if there questionable

But overall, Moie is a very dotty and a playful shark around other people. Up to the point of being a major hothead athletic on the beaches. With his habit of teasing a lot towards folks smaller than him, like a big lovable brash brother. Who is ironically works as the lifeguard around the beaches. Loving to swim in deep blue shores, harbors, lagoons and even brackish waters to help people out. Yet folks can be terrified of him when he opens his maw wide to *bite* some surfboards…and some surfers for giggles. But overall, he enjoys saving people from drowning, by noming them down, then spitting them out on beach for dramatic effect. All in notable intentions as taking his job seriously in saving beachgoers anytime. Who is very kind and a caring guy to the innocent. But Moie knows he's bigger than anyone else, and proud of it. And even when things get hard, he won’t hesitate to stop the nonsense by his strength to repel or just chomp those that get in the away. Not even giving a second thought if they mess with him or his boyfriend. Shark food, plain and simple. In other words, if you tick him off or his bf, things will get ugly VERY fast. After such for his free time, he loves to laze around the white sandy shores and even plays his ukulele to have some down time. Especially hangout with his sea pup Otto. While sharing their fav Ice-cream flavor: Kulolo and Haupia (Chewy Taro and Coconut Pudding Ice cream)


Bios:

Now I know what your think, how did these guys met up and become such a couple? Well, the thing with Moie Nelekona is that he used to be a notorious pop pred of the oceans. Eating just about any prey who are unfortunate to get close to him. Often dragging swimmers under the waves to be eaten by him. Loving to swim in murky coast waters and sea grass beds are his personal favs along the beaches. That being the most prey to be eaten while taking a lot of pride in that. All to "control the prey population" and to get a fast bite. Even if many folks called him a “sea monster” from time to time. And was called worst that is not bothered by that at all. A big guy has to eat you know.

However, what changed him was not eating a life, but rather saving one. That being an otter, Otto. Who was swimming too deep and almost drowning of shore. Moie thinking he could be easy prey jump on the chance to get a fast snack. However, once he brought him up to the surface, something changed him after eating Otto. Finding betting enjoyment in saving people's lives like the otter. Acting like a water based “Superhero” from that thrill. Rather than hunting for just food and nothing more. With Otto rather than swimming away, actually finds the shark pretty attractive with the great white's massive belly blubber, his soft chest, and warm feel even with Moie's infamous reputation. With Moie, finding the otter pretty cute with his soft and fluffy looks. As it will be nice to socialize, as most just ran away from him.

Overtime, they started to hangout more often. Chatting while swimming in the warm shallow water together. With Otto resting on the shark's fat gut while Moie was playing the Ukulele. Singing to him that is pretty soothing and relaxing to Otto. Loving to hear the shark's voice and one of the few who sees him as a sweet caring guy. As Moie deep down always wanted to have someone to hear his singing. Later on, Moie and Otto's bond started to grow closer and closer. Until one day, Moie proposed to be Otto's bf. The otter wasn't sure at first, but only two things. 1. Not eating him 2. Don't eat people unless you're protecting yourself or his otter “sea pup”.

Reluctantly, Moie agrees, even if the Shark bends the rules from time to time. But still agreed to that promise. Even quitting his job of being a Pop pred and being a lifeguard. People are not sure and remembered his dark past. But Moie's is still doing his best to help out to save lives with his new life with Otto. As Moie also has two things for his new otter Bf. 1. See him not as a sea monster, but a person and a lover.And 2. let him be by Otto's side to hear his voice and music off hours. As Otto agrees on those terms too. Sure, Moie teases and nibbles on people from drowning on the beaches, but it's with good intentions to save lives, just like Otto. But still a pred that will devour anyone who messes with him or his Otter bf
in self-defense. As long as the timid Otter is ok with that, that's what matters to the great white tiger shark, the “trash can” of the sea.

With Otto working as an Ice cream vendor to make ends meet. As Moie's supports his dreams in any way he can, even promoting his ice-cream band while on duties. No matter what people say about Moie or Otto, the Tiger great white might the only guy that standing between many good people and watery grave. Along with ice-cream by Otto to cool them down. As their lives on his in his hands, and his gullet, maybe ;3

Along with having the big chair and sweet otter babe.
