Aelius
Ms. Lopiara is the guidance counselor for the Academy.
Although some have stated that a Psychic type might be better suited for the empathetic job of counseling, Ms. Lopiara counters that students are more likely to relax when they are not afraid of being mind-probed. She is a very gentle and kind individual, perpetually optimistic and having a Cute Charm that can calm even the rowdiest of patients. She also possesses a number of Fighting-type moves if there's a need to quell any unauthorized fighting. Very caring towards those she counsels, Ms. Lopiara frequently seeks out potential problem students and get help for them before their problems manifest.
It's well known that her proficiency in Fighting-type moves comes from a brief rags-to-riches career of battling in minor circuits long ago, though rumor has it that she was also a model during those younger years (some students swear she's still moonlighting in that profession, but no one's been able to prove anything).
