Rebecca Marine: A forty-two year old female buizel who is five feet seven inches in height and weighs about one hundred sixty-three pounds. She has somewhat muscular and slim-ish build. Her orange hair is about shoulder length and her ice blue eyes often contain a serious and cold glint to them, especially to students who she thinks can do better than they are showing. Like Amber, she seems looks to be a bit younger than she is, though most only put her in her mid thirties.

She is one of the advanced battle physics teachers at the PCA with her primary focus being water type moves. She also teaches the intermediate battle physics water class as well. Her students know her as a strict, harsh, and seemingly cold-hearted teacher and the more annoyed students tend to refer to her as the “Ice Queen” or “Ice Bitch”. Though, most tend to strive under her style of teaching. She tends to be harder on those she thinks aren’t even trying to reach their potential and tries to push theses students to their limits (not to say that she isn’t hard on her other students). However, she does know when to lay off and more subtly encourage a student. She may seem harsh, but she means well and tries to get the best from her students. On the other hand, she doesn’t take shit from any student and is known to be a harsh disciplinarian, quick with the giving of detentions and making sure that they are served to their full extent (there was a nasty series of confrontations between her and a female rhyperior that nearly lead to the student’s expulsion).

She gets along well with her co-workers for the most part. This is very true in the case of her niece, Casey Marine, and even more so with Amber Glorifiend. She formed a quick bond with the lucario and tends to brush off the jokes and rumors about the two. As she likes to point out, she is straight, married, and has two kids. Of course, there those that flat dismiss all that and say they’re just a cover. These people tend to be the source of much stress and aggravation for the buizel.

While in class and around school she’s rather cold and harsh (almost always signaling her appearance with the start of a low scale blizzard attack, especially if she is angry), Rebecca is actually a rather calm and collected individual. Talkative and friendly as well as caring towards her family (even if she does push the hell out of Jennifer in class). She is very much like night and day with her given surroundings.

Rebecca attended university in Sunnyshore City in Sinnoh. It was there that she met and fell in love with her future husband, a floatzel named Justin Marine who was a well known surfer still rising up the ranks.
