Asena is a lycanthrop girl from the "Sacred-Fang" tribe in the new world the "Dark Ethan" appeared in. She takes everything seriously and considers her duties sacred. She would be considered a "Sacred Beast" to the beastman in the world but she was born of this world so she believes they shouldn't treat her as such.

Most "Lycanthropes" stay in their transformed bodies because they feel more themselves in this type of body. Though she is always a wolf her duties have been to cook and prepare sacred rituals and help with imprinting the mystic tattoos onto other tribe members' bodies. The tattoos do merge with the fur and thus you see her fur isn't all the same. Some of the tattoos help with magic or enhancing strength.

When Asena met Ethan She considered him a fake since he smelled of being a human. Lycanthropes can only be from the "Sacred Beast Land" or born afterward but never caused by a curse that Ethan has. Though Ethan never disagrees with her and protects people from her and other tribes of beastman without any desire for rewards she does see him later as a Hero gifted to them by the "Sacred Beasts" and maybe end the mistreatment of the people.
