Eeee i'm glad you like it! It was a lot of fun to figure out the head shape and i tried for a creepy smile face xD also horns are one of my favorite things to draw in great detail!

With stuff like horns and head size i always try to push the design a bit, to exaggerate such things for an interesting sillhouette

naw the scales are perfectly fine, they still match
