Features

- User view now gives access to the user's gallery, scraps, favorites and shouts. Users can also be followed or unfollowed.
- Hide furaffinity.net latency on submissions loading by first displaying the thumbnail when possible
- Display hidden/deleted comments in comment threads

- Display the number of favorites and comments next to their respective controls in submissions
