Depending on the game, it can stop anyone trying to mash buttons or jump at him. Even stop someone's super. All that meter you built up? Wasted, because you got kicked in the face. And the damage it can dish out is insane. Two of those in the older games are enough to kill your team member.
So, yeah. Having Phillip doing a special move from his inspiration felt pretty great to do, and it was fun to draw.
And no, this is just coincidence. I did this drawing before Capcom announce their second Fighting Collection... with Capcom Vs SNK and CVS2 in it!
Seriously... As a fighting game enthusiast, I'm stoked. First Marvel Vs Capcom, now Capcom Vs SNK?! Both games are coming back!? SIGN ME THE **** UP!!
