Holly Hoo is a small little bird who once was a pet at the circus. Shortly after his owner the ringmaster died he was appointed as the new Ring Master due to the owner believe he must possess his owner's soul (wrong). Luckily Holly Hoo's knack for showmanship and natural leadership meant he was perfectly suited for the roll. Of course every circus has its darkside, and Holly Hoo's taken to rackateering, gambling, drug traffiking and, whatever dark deed needs to be done just as well has he's taken to being everyone's favourite showbird.

Holly Hoo will act like a sweetheart to your face and then shoot you in the back the moment its convienent.
He's got plans to become not just the ringmaster but become the circus owner as well, then he'll have complete and total power of his own little crime syndicate.
