Sifiso has it rough trying to deliver his message, but it seems his message is reaching more and more anthros. One of them is Claudio Bussenius, a highly respected owl from Chile. A renowed professor at a prestigious university, Claudio is known far and wide as an expert on numerous subjects from history to physics to philosophy. Claudio has ties to many of the Coalition's political elite, having either studied alongside them in his youth or alternatively having taught them himself. Even as he has long passed the retirement age, Claudio continues to teach for the sheer love of passing on knowledge to others. He's respected but easy to approach, giving the energy of a kindly grandfather to the people he meets.

The old owl has long pondered the place of humans in the proud Coalition. While he has never been in direct contact with the little things, Claudio like many other anthro professors has had opportunities to help humans with their education through online courses that offer little chance for proper communication. And this has slowly made Claudio more pro-int, desiring to properly teach and support all his students on their paths of knowledge, regardless of size, and help them actually put what they have learned to good use. So when his old student Léon Descartes contacts him, he's more than happy to throw his lot in with Team Sifiso.

Another new addition joins the HRC-cast! I felt the cast could really use more birds and I also wanted to add more allies to Sifiso so here comes an old bird gentleman to assist. His design was created by 1boshi, a very profilic artist who has also designed characters for games like Tokyo Afterschool Summoners. So needless to say I am very honored that they took the job! They have a huge talent for designing cool bird characters and I'd highly recommend any avian enthusiasts to check their art. Thank you to them for Claudio!
