It was technically Dale's idea, but the job itself was to destroy the rocks. They're superpowered weirdoes and there wasn't any rock destroying equipment around. What else were they going to do lol
EDIT: I guess she could have aimed at the ground for safety reasons, but that's not a temper problem, that's them being retarded. Which really means this is all Minos' fault for not properly watching the superpowered idiots that he had doing dangerous construction work.
