After many years, a new char is joining my roster!
Meet Rachel the Tanuki :D She's a cousin of ShellyKelly, which means she also has the ability to transform between anthro and human forms at will. Similar to Kelly, she was also born without a neck, so she has to carry her head around everywhere. One difference though is she's just one person.
Rachel is a very laid back, confident and spunky person who went through her whole life carrying her head around and has gotten very used to it, always enjoying to show how it doesn't even remotely get in her way.
