I was nearly finished on this pokemon when I realised I hadn't used any kind of reference what so ever. This was drawn entirely from my memory of my nine year old self drawing it (because it was easy LOL). Even the wing pattern. =) I always drew it's foot raised like that for some reason XDD

Made the eyes pink though, because they're cuter and less evil looking like that *o*

I actually have a huge phobia of butterflies and moths, but Butterfree really is adorable!
