This is Maria, a rather lovely bird who lives peacefully in a big cabin perched on a large tree in a forest. She doesn't really need to engage with society much, growing and hunting for her own food which usually resolve around small preys she can swoop down on like an eagle. She does like going to the city though to try to make some friends, but that usually requires some money. To fix this issue, she learned how to make jewelry and got pretty good at it! She owns a little store she only opens once a week during the afternoon and this unique specificity alone was enough to drag attention to it! She might not sell the most expensive or prettiest jewels, she still got a little bit of popularity just for the fact she's that one store opening only once a week. That, and the fact she tries to create unique accessories each time! You don't wanna miss out on those exclusivities~

Maria is a character I made mostly for a good friend. It allowed me to design a bird character that I'll now try to use to practice. Obviously my good friend will have a few adventures with her, too~ Maybe you'll see a drawing of the two eventually, hehehe~!

This drawing took me a little under 3 hours to make and I'm super happy of the result!
