Not only the creature itself looks like a shard of sun light that materialized into beautiful beast but also its design came to right and genius hands of one and only Isvoc
They definitely know how to make different animals and especially dragons look incredible, elegant, powerful and truly magical
And this one is an absolute proof of this statement. Not to mention that he is one of a kind and probably one of the most beautiful among the golden dragons i had ever seen
