Negator is the quintessential universe-dominating supervillain. He will stop at nothing until all bend to his will (whatever the hell that may be) in every dimension he can discover. He is possessed of some incredible power that even Dragon Lady may not be able to stand up to, however, even Negator himself can't tell when he can release it as it's a totally random thing (this makes for one hell of an occupational hazard when working for him). He also seems to have an incredible charisma that draws most women (and effeminate males) to him to do his bidding. If you're one of those unaffected by that charisma, just don't say anything about his stature. Nothing incurs his wrath more than that, except possibly screwing up his order at the drive-thru.
