Which seat you would take ?
i think i would go for Seat 1 because:
- 2 Donkey fellows behind
-Discord on the right side to tchat having fun and jokes
-Gilda on the left side so no one will bother me during the whole flight (300 IQ 😂) and as long as you are not lame you can still have a cool tchat with her too
(ok maybe just cause i'm just a gilda Simp too xD)

Two or six because window seats are the reason for flying. Probably six because Mudbriar would very likely be near silent or just chat to Maud the whole flight allowing me to get a nap in somewhere along the line. While Bulk Biceps would be loud and extreme at first I could also see him napping once the flight attendant informs him he isn't allowed to do exercises in the isle.
Course the Crusaders in front of six would talk incessantly like any kids on a flight would. While Cheese and Pinkie behind would probably break out into at least one random song during the flight. Still gotta go with six, it's window or nothing for me.
All of this assumes that Discord doesn't just turn the entire inside of the plane into a pool full of random types and flavors of Wonka inspired crazy candies just to amuse himself.
Course the Crusaders in front of six would talk incessantly like any kids on a flight would. While Cheese and Pinkie behind would probably break out into at least one random song during the flight. Still gotta go with six, it's window or nothing for me.

ah ah unless it's a no Magic allowed Fly then you are safe, discord won't be able to do that but yeah i doubt you would be peaceful on seat 6 cause of cheese Sandwich behind you,

Ah but you're missing one major issue, Fluttershy isn't on the plane. The one pony that could actually convince Discord not to do some crazy shenanigans even if the plane would very likely not be disturbed directly in its flight the passengers sure would have a heck of a time.
While Cheese Sandwich may be a kidder and high energy he's still capable of understanding not everypony can have the zoomies all the time like him and Pinkie. A polite decline on his offer and request for some peace, along with some earplugs and an eye mask, and I think I could get at least a couple hours kip still.
Same goes for Mudbriar, a calm agreement followed up by a question on rocks to Maud and he'll be captivated for the rest of the flight with her.
While requesting ANYTHING of Chrysalis would just be crazy since even if she were in a pony disguise, despite those not working on Discord, she would find the attention unwanted and plot something awful in retaliation. Like 'accidentally' pouring salt in my drink while I'm asleep. But if she were in her normal form AJ and Rainbow would probably have been assigned to keeping tabs on her or she would be otherwise restrained in the seat and unable to move from it to swap.
Though if she's still petrified and couldn't be moved for that window seat.....nah still wouldn't want seat 3 because that would put me between Pinkie, AJ, and Dash which is guaranteed mega-chat central.

4. Discord is bound to cause shenanigans, and Post-Reform Starlight will do her best to keep him from going too far.
5 is tempting but I'm scared of the Crusaders being right behind me. This looks like pre-cutie mark crusaders too. But Twilight would be a mostly sane companion, and still withincasualty victim splash zone range of Discord.
