This is Lucky the cat.
He is based on a Japanese Lucky cat. His paws and inside of ears are red because red is a lucky colour in Japan.

The bell and ribbon originally belonged to a Lindt Easter chocolate bunny. But my housemate kindly donated it to the plush after the bunny was eaten.

Lucky has a secret. He is also a hand puppet. there is a secret panel in the back of the plush to put your hand so you can move the arms and nod the head.

This plush was for my housemates birthday. she is trying to learn Japanese. so as an added suprise I found out her name in japanese and added it to the back of the plush.
