This is the old man from Sails and Salty's world, he is a fisherman on Thunder's ship and possibly the best fisherman in their world, as he supplies the entire crew with food
He daily catches a lot of fish and other nutritious sea dudes, he's very dedicated to his work and rather silent (now I want a dossier on him in the style of the Soviet Treasure Island)
His name is Catfish (Som in Russian) (as it turns out, in Sonic Prime the pirate Big is also called that), but ofc it's not his real name, just a nickname
He does not have a frog, but he does have a sea snake, perhaps its name is Inky
He also does not have an arm, but no one knows how it was lost, cuz every time Catfish tells a new story with a poker face
Catfish has been on the ship for a long time and, tho completely useless in protecting the ship, he's one of the most valuable and useful members of the crew
