The blade itself is dull as it is literally designed to be nearly indestructible, even it isn’t powered by her energy. The glowing effect around the blade itself is actually the sharpest part as it is only active by Akumu’s will. It can slice and cut through just about anything as it burns just as hot as Akumu’s energy. (It is comparable to a lightsaber, although there is some form of technology similarly to it..)
