This may look like a real anime screenshot, but this is not a real. It's just a concept about Soria, who was inflated by Inflight's powers, gets punctured by Beedrill's Pin Missile attack.

But here's what happened in this future scene from my Pokémon Skies chapter:
While trying to chase down a Team Cyclone airship that's hunting another legendary Pokémon, Soria is greeted with an unexpected counterattack from Team Cyclone's Admin. With her Beedrill using Pin Missile, a barrage of dangerous spikes is sent hurtling her direction! Soria does her best to dodge though unfortunately feels one of the pins pierce into the area of her shoulder... Within seconds, she's sent flying away deflating from the puncture wound, luckily her Tropius is there to save her from the fall!

And she won't pop, but she deflates rapidly while flying backwards like a party balloon. And her shirt just got only a hole, and no blood from her skin.
