The story so far:
Blaze wakes up after falling asleep last night as Dr. Spiral greets her.
Dr. Spiral knows how to mess with the mind as she can actually do some unorthodox brain surgery. She only does this when it needs to be done after she mellowed down, in this case Dr. Eggman asked her to.
Dr. Spiral makes a special concoction to keep her patients awake and unable to move or feel their body so they won't squirm around or yell, she can also tell the person a hypnotic suggestion to calm down but they won't fall asleep, just close their eyes in a non sleepy state.
In this case Blaze was that type of patient so she rolls her eyes and tells Blaze the hypnotic suggestion.
This though is only phase 1 of the procedure. The 2nd one will take a lot more aggressive hypnosis training to fully make Blaze their member of the Eggman Empire.
