I thought I'd make a comparison between the original poster for The Cat in the Hat and the touched up version.

Main differences:

-The cat's makeup has been touched up to look more convincing as did the white fur around his face.

-The fish's top fin is facing a slightly different direction.

-The splashing water is completely different.

-The crate's reflection on the bottom of the fish bowl has been toned down and the pearls in the bowl have a more Mermaid-like color palette.
