Here she is! The actual creature and planeswalker card for Leona. I had a lot of fun designing these, and will probably do more in the future for them!

The frontside is fine. Doesn’t have a legend crown, though. That’s probably because this isn’t the “Mainframe DFC” frame. But it’s not a huge deal.
I’d personally make the exile/return a “you may” ability. Sometimes having the creature can be more important, I think.
On the backside, for the +1, damage always has a source. “Leona deals 1 damage to any target. Draw a card.” (example: Flick a Coin)
For the -2, it should say “costs {X} less to cast.” (Example: Elminster) Otherwise, good. The -5 is also good.
Though, I think the card is in a strange place balance-wise right now. The -5 ultimate is extremely underwhelming, while the +1 being both card advantage and removal for X/1’s is very, very strong. I’d make the damage/draw ability a minus at minimum, though I’m not sure what you’d do with the current -2, since that doesn’t really work as a plus ability.
Here’s what I think. (This is just my opinion:) The +1 should be the cost reducer, but also have it work on noncreature spells in general to help support the WR Valiant archetype in addition to UR Storm/Prowess. “+1: Until (end of turn/your next turn), noncreature spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.”
The -2 pinging something and cantripping also fits in well with BR Lizards. It’s also just nice because she’ll replace herself while also maybe taking an attack or removal spell.
As for the -5… I dunno. Needs to be something more than just three 1/1’s. An emblem? I’m just throwing ideas out here, but something like “-5: You get an emblem with “Creatures you control have prowess, prowess”” could be cool. You don’t have to use this! But it definitely needs a little more oomph in some form or another.
But yeah, there wasn’t too much wrong with it grammar wise. Great job on that! You would not BELIEVE how badly written some of the cards I find online are. Looking forward to whatever you do next.
