saw a poll on tumblr asking if people could tell your music taste based on your fashion without any band shirts and i was like. IDK TBH!!!!!!!!!! thats something i actually think about because that signaling is kind of important 2 me.... i love wearing my mcr shirts around. my beacon. and on top of that i dont get recognized as trans anymore so ive lost a lot of cool points there. and my plain longsleeve+camo pants combo is actually uhhh pretty common in the puget sound area. lmao. everyone looks vaguely grunge here so that honestly isnt much of a signifier of anything.

im not really that pressed about my outward perception btw its just entertaining to think about. i do somewhat care about being recognized and gay and trans though bc thats how i find my people!!! people seem to still be able to tell im gay so ive got that going for me
