Thera WIP - New paws

Been working on updating the paws to bring them up to higher details as the original one lacked flexible joints for the digits. I also included a WIP "Paws of life" aka the defibrillator system.
The shape may change more as I refine the details for the shape and sizes but I am pretty happy with it so far as it still keeps the original look as seen in the game sprite and original concept drawing.
