Debating him having a crown of sorts, not sure yet
A fun little fact though:
His chosen followers/Vassals inherit a trait from him, to mark them as his. Usually in the form of either the whites of their eyes, or their entire eye; taking on the same oil like sheen his eyes have.

Having the crown being an accesory along the lines of "sometimes he wears it, sometimes he dont" could be an option if its hard to decide!
Of course cant wait to see what his more official outfit looks like ^^
And i see, guessing this applies only to the highest members of the cult, while the commoner that joins or its recruited looks no different from the regular dude walking around
