Funnily enough, the backstory of this artwork is the story of how I met my mate Kalzo. We are both part of a dragon fantasy book server on discord. This server conveniently had a height chart for server members to compare sizes of all our dragons. The four dragons depicted here: Pebbles (lime green), Ashburn (dark green), Kalzo (blue) and Madloc (white) were the smallest dragons in the server at the time. Combine that with the fact we were all quite active and most of us were part of the writing club hosted there, we hit it off quite well and started the 'smol gang'. After some deliberation on a smol gang commission, Pebbles offered to shrink us all down to the itty bitty size for a fun adventure together. What you see here is the result.

This all happened more than 7 months ago, since then a lot has happened. I've fallen desperately in love and saw him in real life as we went on a month long road trip on the other side of the world, exploring my mate's home country. Smol gang and the writing club started the greatest adventure of my life and for that I will always be grateful. I can't wait for all our future shenanigans together💙
