Full res slides with B-side versions HERE
A rather sizeable change of the previous pic.
What should have been a simple improvement of picture-taking and stitching techniques of the previous post escalated into a near-obsessive pursuit of perfection that I ultimately gave up on when I realized that no matter how I pictured, they'll never fully capture what made the original drawings as they are, not helped that I added minor improvements to the sketches themselves to help make them pop out of the dark more. As a result, I have decided to split the pics into two: the "improved" larger slides, and the smaller "side B" slides that I believe somehow capture the full designs albeit smaller as a consequence of the way they were pictured.
The amount of effort and editing that went into this was enough for me to decide to make this a sub-post of the previous one, that and I've decide to keep the previous as an "alpha" of sorts. Hope y'all enjoy this even more than before...
A & B [2022-2023-2024] - Dagit Ubing Tengarabii, or The Midnight Children. The spawn of the night goddess Inarabii, who sacrificed herself giving birth to them upon sensing their fading life forces. The Children are almost ghost-like in nature, observant and aloof but very kind, guiding and protecting travellers, disappearing as soon as they appear though occasionally lingering for mischievous fun.
C [2023-2024] - Maran, Mother of the Air
D [2023-2024] - Ke-Rol, Hand of Light
E [2023-2024] - A bayokano tribesman from any one of the Bakalon tribes from any number of realities they exist
F [2023-2024] - A young man of the Siningsing tribe readying his brawling prowess
G [2023-2024] - A male aruseng rearing up in curiosity. The aruseng are sapient serpents commonly living in tropical environments of Ma-Mohay archipelago, coexisting with the many reptilian inhabitants, many of whom respect and fear them but make great companions to those brave or compassionate enough to interact with them.
