Daisy Duck had found a hidden entry while exploring a cave, and to her surprise, it was a treasure room like if the cave was once a gold mine. To celebrate her amazing find, Daisy started to toss the gold coins and diamonds in the air. However, this turned out to be a mistake as she had her mouth open. Thus, the gold and jewel pile come falling down and into her mouth, accidentally swallowing the load before it all went down to her bottom. Now she's in a heavy predicament with her accidental treasures protruding in her butt.

Actually no, she accidentally swallowed a load of gems and diamonds, making her bottom look big and heavy.
