The weather is terrible unpredictable.. It can be blazing sun, and then the wind picks up, and it can start to snow, or pour rain.. I think I prefer the snow.
In the rain, everyone continues their business, though quickly so they can get to shelter.. and if you don't belong, no one will take notice of you. Though, I guess that is the better thing. I'd rather go unnoticed, it keeps me safer.
