Romina! Older sister of Kuromi.
Decided to draw her a couple nights ago as I was away and forgot my drawing tablet. Also had the purple ink, which suited her!
Although I was inspired to draw this after listening to FM by Steely Dan, I wasn't even listening to them as I drew it!
