-was captured using special spirit containment capsule
-rituals were used to enhance shapeshifting abilities as well as given the ability to make anyone load their diaper with floof poopies massively by contact through palms of hands, possession or butt bumping
-able to use spirit telekinesis to move object
-whenever he make some load their diaper massively, a diaper orb appears, once he collects enough of them, his form will evolve in a way and his abilities become stronger
-loves hanging out with ragtag siblings, especially with other spirit or ghost ragtags
-enjoys collecting massive floof poop filled diapers to use as cushions to cuddle with

Story:
One day when Wanda was having a nice evening stroll around Crownreef Square, she happened to feel the presence of another spiritual entity like herself nearby. Curious of this sensation, she looked around until she felt she was getting closer, thats when she came across a cute looking pamp cafe. Wanda heard about this cafe from Sophie as she described it as very nice and silly, the food and drinks served here are very good, the silly part comes in the form of customers leaving as massive floof poopy diaper blobs, giggling blushing and wobbling as they waddle out. Just then Wanda saw a group of girls leaving the cafe, all of them with their diapers loaded and blobbed up with floof poopies, giggling as they talk about a particularly charming amber and purple zoroark, who had given poofy butt bumps to all of them shortly before they started loading their diapers. Hearing of this zoroark who can make others load their diapers massively through diaper butt bumping made Wanda believe that another lost sibling was in the cafe, as what the girls described sounded like an ability a ragtag would have. So entering the cafe, Wanda was greeted with a warm cozy environment, with the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the air and customers having a good time, with some of them having been diaper blobed already. As Wanda sat down to order something light, she noticed how all the diaper blobed customers were female which was a little strange. Just then, the aforementioned zoroark she heard about came to take her order, but after she placed her order for some hot tea and assorted biscuits, she looked up and was startled. Wanda being a ghost meant that she can see things the eyes of the living cant, and when she looked at the zoroark, she did not see a zoroark, but a nine tail fox, unbelievable handsome and cute with a soft charming tone in his voice. Wanda realized in that instant that he was the spirit she felt the presence of, the zoroark form everyone else saw was merely an illusion, a disguise, the kitsune form was his true appearance. Once he had returned with Wanda’s order, before he could butt bump Wanda, she stopped and told him how she can see his true form, catching the kitsune off guard as he thought no one could perceive his real appearance as he blushed a little. Them Wanda grabbed his arm and pulled him closer as she saw something that explained everything, a ragtag mark on his right arm. After letting go, she showed him her mark which made the kitsune surprised as she had the mark of the ragtags but doesn’t remember seeing her from the labs. Wanda reassured him that she was a ragtag, but she originated from a different universe and came to this one as a ghost already. With this, the kitsune calmed down as he introduced himself as Kyubi, regaining his composure as he had a wuick chat with Wanda on how he came to this world and found this cafe to carry out his own plans. This is because whenever he made any girl load their diaper by diaper butt bumping them, a diaper orb would appear, which when collected would make Kyubi feel a bit stronger with his abilities. Wanda was fascinated by this ability her lost ragtag bro had, though for now they agreed to chat more once Kyubi’s shift was over. Afterwards, a few more customers came in, with Kyubi agreeing to chat more about what each of them have been up to and about the other Ragtag once he was done, with Wanda sensing the relief and excitement from Kyubi after she told him that the other Ragtag were ok.
