I did this after a particularly emotional dnd session. It was quite fun! Poor Síle roaming the halls of her temple, looking for guidance.
At the Elite Adventuring Academy, the students are subjected to trials where they are transported to far off "simulated" lands where they complete objectives such as collecting a gem of fire from a cave of snake people, or a trial through an ancient witch's bog. There was always something, off about these "simulated" trials that they had the students complete, and the owl cleric's suspicions were proven all too right when she and her party were assigned to raid a cave of goblins.
Síle had cast a spell to burn anyone within a few feet of her with radiant light to protect herself and her friends throwing more potent spells at the hoards of goblins. After what felt like hundreds of enemies slain, they began to retreat deeper into the cave. After chasing them deeper in to find their objective, they found clusters of the beasts begging and pleading for their lives.
No simulated adventure would ever do that. She thought to herself. When the terrible realization hit her, that these were not simulated at all. The theft of those fire gems really did bring frigid snow to the snake people, the trials of the witch truly brought fear to a near village, and these were real goblins in front of her.
After negotiating healing and resources for their objective. They left the trial shaken, though none as much as little Síle. She did not eat, or sleep, or pay attention to any frivolous lesson for days.
In the dead of night, the owl sneaked around the halls to reach the temple of the Red Dragon, where she would lament and beg forgiveness from the Dragon for her deeds. The dragon forgave the troubled girl, for she did not know the destruction she lay. It was during this communion that the dragon had given her a new goal. So long as this council peddles their truth, many will suffer, and no one will be free.
With flames in her eyes, and purpose given to the cleric once more. It was time to get to work.

1st: Picture stuff!
Love the setup of the temple. ^!^ Very much matches her robes, and looks like a classic temple of worship. ^!^ And love the warm, red light of the Red Dragon's glow. ^!^
As for Sile: Boobs, eh? Or should I say: Hooters! XD Hehehe. XD But fr, she's so precious. Love seeing the cutie bird again! But sad to see her sad. ;-; Must snuggle! 🦨🤗💚🦉 I'm glad she's got a new resolve. ^!^
Which brings me to the 2nd part: Story stuff!
Glad she's got a resolve to stop the evil council! ^!^ Shame it had to come from such a shock. ;-; But, not sure how else it could come to someone in her situation. Love the Ender's Game inspiration, btw. But with D&D elements. ^!^ Love how she helped out the goblins. (Which aren't evil little jerks in this world, eh?)
Hope they can undo everything they did. And kinda wonder what they put the fire stones in, or what the explanation was to cover up the fact that they're real. XD Think those things would have weight in a bag. Unless it's a Bag of Holding or something like it.
Anyway, glad she figured it out, and her friends are with her on this. ^!^
And glad her god is so nice and communes with her. ^!^ Giving her insight into the REAL truth: The Council lies and must be stopped.

Hahaha!! Yeah I had to give her the typical puffy owl chest. It just fit. She'd also be real scared for hugs at first, but she'd come around like birds tend to ;p

I quite like the world that the GM built this time. He wears his inspirations on his sleeves but I actually like that, it lets me go more wild with building a character.

Super glad you had so much fun! ^!^ And tbh, I've always wondered what it'd be like to be a cleric. ^!^ Though I tend to go for tanky builds. XD Even got some character concepts in mind. And since my characters are built to be people more so than their classes, I can fit a number of my characters into any class! ^!^
