I got inspired to make hummus, baba ghannouj, and khobiz all from scratch for dinner. Here's the dough for my Khoubiz flatbread.

That was actually the tahini I used. The Whole foods 365. It was made by ummm. I want to say spectrum naturals, but I know it was not it.
Interestingly enough I was a cook for 5 years in Prepared foods dept at Whole Foods. I picked up most of my Middle eastern dishes from a belly dancer who moonlighted as a chef in our kitchen.
Anyway, they had a recall for some pathogen, and never made it again after that. I had a jar in my fridge up until 6 months ago. Even though it had stopped being made like in 2009. It was a sad day when the past jar in the world went into the trash.
