*GASP!!!!* LOVE that statue! See it every time I go to Albuquerque via airplane. Always there to greet me.

On a side note, this must be an old pic, because last time I went to the airport, those shops behind were gone, just a big wall. :'(

I don't know. I was in ABQ from January to the end of March, and when I left in March, they were gone. LOL

I just came back from ABQ, it's still there but they've got this weird wall built around it.

I have no idea. It's weird. The shops behind it are gone, but there's a big coming soon poster for a bar.

Good news! As of October (late posting, sorry) The wall is gone! Those shops are no more, but the statue still stands, free and visible!
